All orders placed through our platform constitute a binding agreement. Payment terms are as follows:
We aim to deliver all projects within the agreed-upon timeline. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and scope changes. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the deliverables, including source code, design assets, and documentation. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major scope changes will require a new agreement.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If work has not yet commenced, a full refund may be issued. Once development has begun, refunds will be prorated based on work completed. No refunds are available after project delivery and client approval.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webocontrol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.
